You can use the following form to submit your information for the PTA email list.

Important note: Filling out this form adds or updates your information for the PTA email list. Signing up here does not add you to the TBD or CDW school mailing lists. You will still need to sign up for the school's email list (via the school website) when it becomes available.

Privacy: This information will only be used by the PTA to publish the printed PTA directory, for PTA member mailings, and to send school-related information via email. It will not be shared with or sold to any other organization, and your information will not be made available online.

Please make sure to read all the instructions carefully to ensure that your information is accurate.
Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, click on the "Submit Info" button, at the bottom of the following page, to save the data.

If you have any special requests, please type them into the "Special Requests" box at the bottom before you click the "Submit Info" button.
